The Not-So-Boring Fine Print (aka Terms & Conditions)

1. What You’re Getting (aka The Goods):

Here’s what’s included in your SEO Starter Session:

  • A full SEO review of your website before our call.

  • Three personalized, action-ready recommendations to help you boost visibility and attract your ideal clients.

  • A 1-hour Zoom call to review the findings and answer your questions.

  • A recording of the call + summary notes, and one follow-up email if something comes up afterward.

Just so we're clear: Jen-X Website Design and Strategy, LLC will not make changes to your site for you—you’re the driver here.

2. No Magic Wand (aka No Guaranteed Results):

We’ll offer expert advice based on solid SEO best practices, but we can’t promise specific outcomes (like top rankings or massive traffic surges). SEO is a long game, and results depend on a bunch of factors—including how you implement the recommendations and what Google decides to do next.

3. What We Need From You (aka Let’s Be Partners):

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete info about your site before our session.

  • You understand that implementing our suggestions is entirely your call (and your responsibility).

4. Payment + Cancellation Policy (aka Respect the Clock):

  • Full payment of $300 is due at booking and is non-refundable.

  • You may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice—new dates are based on availability.

  • Can’t reschedule? You can request a recorded video review instead of a live session.

  • No-shows (aka ghosting) without notice will be treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.

5. Liability (aka We’re Not on the Hook):

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session. Jen-X Website Design and Strategy, LLC isn’t responsible for any indirect or ripple-effect consequences from what you choose to do—or not do—with the advice we give.

6. Intellectual Property (aka Don’t Copy-Paste Us):

Everything we share in the session—recommendations, notes, resources—is the intellectual property of Jen-X Website Design and Strategy, LLC. You can use them for your own business, but you’re not allowed to share, publish, or repurpose them without our permission.
