• Due to the digital nature of courses, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We can't issue refunds after the purchase has been made.

• All courses and digital product purchases are for a single consumer and may not be shared. 1 purchase = 1 consumer.

Copyright:

The courses are copyrighted Jen-X Website Design and Strategy. Jen-X Website Design and Strategy owns the rights to all course content and intellectual property. You may not resell the course or plagiarize the intellectual property and sell it as your own.

• You may not share the course with anyone else

• You may use the knowledge and training you acquire from the course to improve the services you provide to clients

Support Policy

• Support is limited to course-related questions. General questions about blogging, Squarespace web design, custom CSS, business-related questions, software-related questions, 3rd party applications, or anything outside the scope of the course are not included in support.

• General Squarespace support outside the scope of the course is available at $100/hour.

• Support will be provided via email at hello@jenxwebdesign.com.

• Support is available Monday through Thursday unless otherwise stated. 

• We aim to respond to support tickets within 48 hours.
