I’m all about building lasting relationships, and I believe they’re built on mutual trust—transparency is a big part of that. When you join the SiteCare Club, you’re committing to a 24‑month partnership—during that time, your website remains with Jen‑X. If something changes and you need to cancel early, we can make arrangements on a case‑by‑case basis to ensure fair compensation for work completed.

After 24 months, ownership of your website transfers fully to you. Stay for 36 months, and you’ll receive a complete redesign as part of your membership. Above all, I want you to love your experience and your website—your satisfaction is what matters most.
