The intake form is longer—but it’s essential to make sure your message and strategy are right from the start.

SiteCare Studio is ongoing. You’ll get the same strategy plus updates, maintenance, and a redesign every 36 months so your site always looks fresh and performs at its best.

I’m all about building lasting relationships, and I believe they’re built on mutual trust—transparency is a big part of that. When you join SiteCare Studio, you’re committing to a 24‑month partnership—during that time, your website remains with Jen‑X. If something changes and you need to cancel early, we can make arrangements on a case‑by‑case basis to ensure fair compensation for work completed.

After 24 months, ownership of your website transfers fully to you. Stay for 36 months, and you’ll receive a complete redesign as part of your membership. Above all, I want you to love your experience and your website—your satisfaction is what matters most.
