This project focused on translating a deeply research-informed, relationship-centered consulting practice into a clear, confident website for independent school leaders. The goal was to articulate complex work—faculty learning, instructional leadership, and organizational growth—in language that feels grounded, thoughtful, and accessible to Heads of School and senior leaders.

The final site emphasizes clarity over cleverness, centers trust and partnership, and guides visitors through distinct services while maintaining a cohesive narrative about professional learning that actually leads to change in practice. Every section was designed to reflect Indu’s belief that sustainable growth is built with educators, not imposed on them.

“I had reached a new level in my consulting practice — I had strong testimonials, a strong body of work, and some real convictions about why I was doing what I was doing. My website wasn't doing enough work for me.

“Jen stood out immediately. The combination of her warmth and relatability coupled with her expertise in both Squarespace and web design were apparent from our first conversation. There was so much I realized that I didn't even know I didn't know!

“Her web design guidance challenged me in all the right ways. The questions were a form of coaching, in and of themselves. What Jen did with my responses truly blew me away.

“I feel confident, proud and empowered. My web design really distinguishes me from others in my field, and my website helps prospective clients see me as an expert — I'm grateful to Jen for this.”

Before, Door 21’s work lived largely in Indu’s reputation and relationships; after, the website clearly articulates her thinking, methodology, and impact—helping school leaders immediately understand what she does, how it works, and why it leads to lasting change.
